I'm Back!!
But for how long? Somewhere in my mind, I thought, "After Christmas, I'll have a lot more time." NOT!! Life has went into overdrive. I've been working diligently with the great leaders of The Crossover. Some cool stuff is happening. Also, as the Chairperson of Church Planting for the Midwest Region Churches of God, we hired Gil Rowe to work 20 hours per week as our Administrative Asst. He's super to work with. But it has taken some of my time.

I'm hoping to spend more time here in 2003 talking about books I'm reading and leadership in general. The issues of Core Values for Crossover will move (at some point) to The Leadership page of The Crossover.

So I hope that all of you are entering 2003 in the midst of God's will for you.
