The Matrix Reloaded

I saw the new Matrix movie Wednesday night. First of all, I saw it by myself. It was one of the few times I saw a movie by myself, and the first time that it didn't bother me seeing a movie by myself. My wife was great to let me go without her. I needed a break and that was a good diversion.

Second, while I enjoyed the spiritual implications of the first movie (I think I even can justify the violence in a spiritual context), this second movie doesn't aspire as much. Maybe because it roughly twists the plot and leaves us hanging for the final installment. It was fun. I'd like to see it again. Maybe I'll get to take Danelle out while we are on vacation later this month.
