Property Update

A lot of work. Inspections are a pain. Most of it has went very well. The roof is a concern. So now what?

The bank has indicated that we need upfront money. They didn't say that before though I couldn't understand why. So now, though I have said we don't need upfront money (cause that is what I was told), we do need upfront money. A lot. Can we do it? I don't know.

While I believe God has directed us to purchase this property, He has only told me one thing about the process -- "You can't make this happen." I love it when God uses italics.
