Titles II

I thought of two new possible job titles for myself on Sunday.

-Flamethrower
-Waterboy

It has really struck me that to get some growth going, you have to find a way to incubate new ministries with new people. So someone coming in, needs to feel like this is a culture where it desired that they express themselves, make some mistakes, and get something going. An old guard feeling is hard to dissolve, even in a new church. As new people start new ministries and pull in new people, then there will be more people spots, more discipleship, more growth.
