IRS Praise

I got a letter from the IRS early this week. It seems my child tax credit has been denied because I didn't write down my children's social security numbers. Oops. But there was an 800 phone number which I called. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, but then I talked to Mrs Weir. She confirmed my identity and took the numbers. Then she typed and typed and typed (I swear for like 2 to 3 minutes), then said, "OK, you should see your refund in 4 to 6 weeks." That was easy.
