Update: I sent my laptop to Chicago. They repaired it the day they received it and sent it back. I got it the next day. The power jack seems to be repaired fine. They also put a new end on the power supply, but I was disappointed that it was poorly wrapped with electrical tape rather than some type of shrink wrap. But since I had already bought a new power supply, I would have to say it was well worth the $125 and their promptness was great.
