Daily Fillings and Deeper Works

Banister says he doesn't believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, he believes that you get the Holy Spirit upon salvation, but he also thinks it is all symantics and doesn't matter what you call it. Just that you need a deeper filling. Hard to argue with.

Summary
The big thing I got from him was to allow more practice of the charismatic gifts in small groups. I thought the rest was mostly stuff we do now. That we should probably give more teaching time on the charismatic gifts and how they work, and that I should probably talk to some people to find out how tongues works myself.
