Pet Insurance

Gil's dog just had some elective surgery that turned into more than was expected. I joked with Gil that his dog must not have had very good insurance. He informed that there is such a thing and it is growing.

Here's my problem. Is the Bush administration going to just sit by while some pets have insurance coverage and others don't? This is an outrage.
