Journaling

I absolutely think it is essential to journal through the Bible, giving God time to speak to you and taking time to speak to Him through disciplined prayer. But I don't do it. I have done it. I've enjoyed. But it takes a lot of time, and that is actually driven by guilt or perfection of finishing. I'm convinced it that I must start again and bring people along with me in the process.
